How to Make Korean Strawberry Milk
- Blend the strawberries. Place 1 1/4 cups of the fresh strawberries into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Prepare the strawberry syrup. Add the blended strawberries with the sugar to a small saucepan set over medium heat. Stir them together and bring the mixture to a boil. Let it boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Mash the remaining strawberries. Roughly chop the remaining strawberries. Then using a fork mash them up slightly. Add them to the strawberry syrup and mix them in.
- Arrange the drink. Pour about 1/4 cup of the strawberry puree mixture into a glass. Using the back of a spoon spread the mixture around the inside of the glass. Pour the milk into the glass.

- Chill the strawberry mixture. For an extra chilled beverage place, the strawberry mixture into the fridge to chill before mixing it with the milk.
- Make it pretty. Scoop the strawberry syrup into the glass and use the back side of a spoon to spread it around the sides of the glass. When you pour the milk in it will give the strawberry milk. a pretty striped appearance.
- Make it dairy-free. You can easily make this into a tasty dairy-free drink by swapping the milk for your favorite dairy-free milk such as almond milk, coconut milk, or oat milk.
