CREAMY BASIL PESTO CHICKEN
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
BASIL PESTO OLIVE OIL BUTTER SUN-DRIED TOMATOES ORZO PASTA GARLIC CLOVES FLOUR HEAVY CREAM PARSLEY GRATED PARMESAN

Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Remove the chicken and scrape down the skillet. Add the orzo and brown for 1 minute. Add water and bring to a boil. Cook until water is absorbed.
4.
Add sauce and sun-dried tomatoes to skillet and cook for 1 minute until sauce thickens. Add chicken back to skillet.
