Ranch Oyster Crackers Recipe

Equipment

  • Gallon Ziplock Bag
  • Rimmed Baking Sheet

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Oyster Crackers
  • 1/4 cup Oil vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Dill
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to a Ziplock bag. Pour the oyster crackers into a gallon-sized Ziplock bag and add the Ranch Dressing Mix, dried dill, and oil (vegetable oil or olive oil are best).
  • Toss. Gently shake the bag to coat the crackers evenly with the seasoning.
  • Bake. Heat the oven to 250º F and pour the crackers onto a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven, and toss the crackers.

Notes

  • No Bake: If you would like to prepare these without baking them follow the recipe through step 2. Then pour the crackers onto a rimmed baking sheet and let them sit until they dry. Then enjoy.
  • Lemon Pepper: Some versions include adding lemon pepper seasoning. Include 1 to 2 teaspoons of the seasoning when mixing the ingredients in the Ziplock bag.

Storage Instructions:

To store Ranch Oyster Crackers, place them in an airtight container or resealable bag to prevent exposure to moisture and air. Store them at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Properly stored, they can maintain their freshness for several weeks.
