Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Grenadine

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the pineapple juice, vodka, and lime juice.
  • Vigorously shake and strain. Shake well until the ingredients are combined and chilled. Strain the mixture into a glass.
  • Add the grenadine. Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass so it settles on the bottom of the glass.

Notes

  • Make it a sparkling drink. To make the cocktail even more refreshing, add a splash of soda water or sparkling water.
  • Make your own Grenadine. Homemade Grenadine typically has a fresher and more vibrant taste than store-bought versions, which can often be overly sweet and lacking in depth. Making your own allows you to control the sweetness and flavor to your liking
  • No cocktail shaker? No problem. If you don't have a shaker, you can still make this cocktail by stirring the ingredients together in a glass with ice.
