Ingredients

  • ounce Hazelnut Liqueur such as Frangelico
  • ounce Chambord or black currant liqueur
  • 3 ounces Cream
  • 4 Fresh Raspberries plus more for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle the raspberries (optional). Place 3 to 4 raspberries in the bottom of the cocktail shaker and muddle them (use the back of a wooden spoon if you don't have a muddler). Add the ice on top of the muddled raspberries.
  • Add the ingredients. Pour in the hazelnut liqueur, Chambord, and cream over the ice.
  • Shake and strain. Shake well until everything is well combined and chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.

Notes

  • To make it lighter: For a lighter version, substitute the cream with half and half or almond milk.
  • If you don't have Chambord raspberry liqueur: You can use any raspberry liqueur instead of Chambord. Some examples include Mathilde Raspberry Liqueur, Bols Raspberry Liqueur, or Briottet Raspberry Liqueur.
  • Use Bailey's. Swap the cream out for Bailey's Irish Cream and you'll and a truly indulgent drink.
