Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Pizza Cutter

Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons Pizza Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 8 ounces Pizza Sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Prep the dough. Preheat the oven to 350º F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly flour your work surface and roll the dough out to a thin circle. Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife cut the dough into long strips and then slice it down the middle.
  • Coat the dough. Melt the butter and brush it directly onto the strips of dough. Generously sprinkle the dough with pizza seasoning.
  • Add the cheese. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the dough.
  • Bake. Place the baking tray with the prepared dough into the oven on the middle rack. Bake for 15 - 17 minutes or until it begins to turn a golden brown and the cheese melts. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Be generous with seasoning: Sprinkle a generous amount of pizza seasoning or a blend of herbs and spices over the dough to infuse the dippers with rich flavor. Don't be afraid to experiment with different seasoning combinations.
  • Customize toppings: Feel free to get creative with your toppings. Add your favorite pizza ingredients such as pepperoni, sliced olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, or onions to enhance the flavor and texture.
  • Experiment with dipping sauces: Explore a variety of dipping sauces to find your preferred combination. Try classic marinara, garlic butter, ranch dressing, or other sauces that complement the flavors of the dippers.
