Ingredients

  • 10 Graham Crackers
  • 1 lb Almond Bark or 2 16-ounce bags of candy melts
  • 2 tablespoons Halloween Sprinkles
  • 1 tablespoon Candy Eyeballs

Instructions

  • Cover a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and layer with the graham crackers, making sure to fill in any large spaces.
  • Place the almond bark or candy melts, one bag at a time, in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring after every 30 seconds (or follow the directions on the package).
  • Pour the melted candy on top of the graham crackers and use a spatula to smooth and spread out.
  • Working quickly spread the sprinkles on top of the melted candy and top with the candy eyeballs. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to let cool and firm. Once cooled bread apart with hands.

Notes

I used this almond bark, these Candy Eyeballs and these Halloween Sprinkles are also similar to what I used.

  • When melting the almond bark or candy melts be careful not to burn the mixture. You'll know it's done when it's mostly smooth, but some pieces are still there. Stir it continuously and it will eventually be smooth.
  • I like to create a theme for my bark and this one is ghosts. Sometimes I'll mix purple, black, and blue together and also add pretzels, which I call monster bark, and then there's the best kind which is leftover Halloween candy bark. For that, you can open any leftover Halloween candy and stick it on top.
  • Don't add any flavoring, milk, or cream to the bark or candy melts. It will seize up and harden if you do.
