Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts
These Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts are crispy and crunchy with a ton of cheese baked in. This delicious recipe is easy to prepare and the perfect side for any meal.

- 16 ounces Brussel Sprouts
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
Preheat the oven to 400℉ and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim the Brussel sprouts and place in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs. Mix the ingredients together.
Spread the mixture evenly in one layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the edges begin to crisp and turn brown.
