Ingredients

  • 3.4 ounces Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 4 large Granny Smith Apples cored and sliced
  • 6 Snickers Candy Bars full size
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

  • Prepare the pudding. Whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk together in a large bowl and let stand for 5 minutes before moving to the next step.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip. Fold in the Cool Whip using a rubber spatula until it's fully incorporated with the pudding mixture.
  • Mix in the sweets. Add the Granny Smith Apples, chopped Snickers bars, and mini marshmallows to the mixture and fold the ingredients until fully mixed. Place in the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Make-Ahead Instructions: This needs to be served chilled so you can make Snickers Salad the night before. Follow the directions for preparing the recipe and keep it stored in an air-tight container in the fridge. When ready to serve gently stir it.
  • Storage Instructions: Cover it tightly with plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container. Then, refrigerate it to keep it fresh. It's best to consume within 1-2 days to maintain the quality and prevent the apples from becoming too soft or brown.
