- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 ounce Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 15 ounce can Black Beans
- 5 Flour Tortillas cut into 1-inch strips
- 1 cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream optional
In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain the fat and return the skillet to the heat.
Stir in the salsa, water, and black beans and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add the tortillas to the skillet and toss to mix in with the beef mixture. Top with shredded cheese and drop sour cream on top.
