Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 ounce Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 15 ounce can Black Beans
  • 5 Flour Tortillas cut into 1-inch strips
  • 1 cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream optional

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain the fat and return the skillet to the heat.
  • Stir in the salsa, water, and black beans and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Add the tortillas to the skillet and toss to mix in with the beef mixture. Top with shredded cheese and drop sour cream on top.
