Blueberry Mint Margarita

Sweet and tangy and made with super fresh ingredients such as blueberries and the obvious limes, this Blueberry Mint Margarita is perfect for weekend plans and poolside sipping.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint Fresh Blueberries
  • 3 ounces Lime Juice
  • 3 Mint Leaves
  • 1 cup Blueberry Juice
  • 5 ounces Tequila
  • 2 ounces Orange Liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon Agave

Instructions

  • Place the fresh blueberries, lime juice, and mint leaves in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice into a cocktail shaker.
  • Add the blueberry juice, tequila, orange liqueur, and agave to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously and pour over ice into a glass.
  • To salt the rim of your glass coat the edge in lime juice and then dip it into coarse salt that's poured out on a flat plate. Serve with fresh mint and lime wedges.
