- 1/2 pint Fresh Blueberries
- 3 ounces Lime Juice
- 3 Mint Leaves
- 1 cup Blueberry Juice
- 5 ounces Tequila
- 2 ounces Orange Liqueur
- 1 tablespoon Agave
Place the fresh blueberries, lime juice, and mint leaves in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice into a cocktail shaker.
Add the blueberry juice, tequila, orange liqueur, and agave to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously and pour over ice into a glass.
To salt the rim of your glass coat the edge in lime juice and then dip it into coarse salt that's poured out on a flat plate. Serve with fresh mint and lime wedges.
