MORNING GREENS SMOOTHIE

FOR BEGINNERS

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

DAIRY-FREE MILK FROZEN BANANA BABY SPINACH NUT BUTTER OF CHOICE GROUND FLAXSEED

1.

Add 1 cup of dairy-free milk or your milk of choice to the blender. Next add 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed and protein powder (optional).

Scoop 2 tablespoons of peanut butter into the blender.

3.

Place 2 cups of baby spinach into the blender.

4.

Add 1 frozen banana and about 1 cup of ice.

5.

Blend until smooth. Top with granola for added garnish.

This smoothie is easy to drink and doesn't at all taste like spinach!
