- 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
- 16 ounces Sweet Mini Peppers
- 5 ounces Shiitake Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 cup Mustard Greens
- 1 small Lemon cut into wedges
Lemon Tahini Sauce
- 1/3 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup Cold Water
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Agave
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
