- 4 ounces Tequila
- 2½ ounces Orange Liqueur
- 4 ounces Lime Juice
- 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1 cup Ice
Coat the glass rim. Take a wedge of lime and use it to run along the rim of your glass, using the lime from your freshly squeezed lime juice.
Salt the rim. Pour the coarse salt onto a plate or any flat surface, then dip the lime-coated rim of the glass into the salt, gently moving it back and forth while applying light pressure to ensure it sticks.
Add all the ingredients to the blender. Add the frozen pineapple chunks, tequila, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup to a blender. Pour a cup of ice cubes into the blender, and blend all of the ingredients until they are smooth and fully combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses and garnish with a lime wedge.
