Ingredients

  • 4 cups Spring Greens
  • 2 Pears sliced
  • 1 11-ounce can Mandarin Orange Segments drained
  • 1 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Candied Pecans
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Arils

Vinaigrette

  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Juice
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare the dressing. Whisk the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, orange juice, and salt and pepper together until fully mixed.
  • Layer the salad. Place the greens in a large serving bowl and top with the sliced pears and mandarin oranges. Add the crumbled blue cheese, candied pecans, and pomegranate arils.
  • Serve. Serve the salad dressing on the side or pour it over the salad and toss to mix.
