Equipment

  • High-Powered Blender

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Apple Cider Ice Cubes or regular ice cubes
  • 2 cups Apple Cider
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Freeze. This step is optional as regular ice cubes will work. Fill an ice cube tray with apple cider (about 3 cups) and let freeze completely before moving to the next step.
  • Blend. Place the apple cider, ice cubes (or apple cider ice cubes), and cinnamon into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve. Pour the slushie into cups and garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.

Notes

  • Alcoholic Apple Slushie: Add some alcohol to the blender along with the other ingredients for a boozy version. Some options to try are dark rum, whiskey, brandy, vodka, gin, tequila, or cinnamon schnapps.
  • Add ice cream: You can create a slushie with a creamy twist by adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This addition transforms the classic slushie into a delightful apple cider float
