Mixing Bowl
- 2 21-ounce cans Peach Pie Filling
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix or other cake mix flavor
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1½ sticks Cold Butter divided
- 1 15-ounce can Canned Peaches drained
Create the peach pie mix to the bottom. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a baking dish, spread the 2 cans of peach pie filling evenly to create the base of your cobbler.
Mix together the cake mix batter: Empty the contents of the yellow cake mix box into a bowl and add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the mixture. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
Stir in the butter. Grate 1 stick of the butter into the mix, and fold it into the batter allowing it to incorporate evenly. Pour the cake batter mix over the peach pie mix into the baking dish.
Top it off with more peaches. Spread the drained canned peaches around on top of the cobbler batter and then grate the remaining butter over the top, spreading it evenly.
Bake. Bake the cobbler for 35 to 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and light and fluffy. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
