  • 2 ounces Pear Vodka
  • 1/2 Fresh Ripe Pear chopped
  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Muddle the pears. Add the chopped pears and Simple Syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle them together using a muddler. This extracts the fresh pear juice and flavor.
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Pour the pear vodka and lemon juice into the cocktail shaker and fill it halfway with ice.
  • Shake and strain. Shake the contents vigorously for about 10 seconds before straining them into a chilled cocktail glass (preferably a coupe glass).
