Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder

Instructions

  • Mix the spices. Add the brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, black pepper, paprika, and mustard powder to a small mixing bowl. Whisk the spices together until combined.
  • Coat the roast evenly. To use, spread the spice blend, which acts like a dry rub, over the entire roast making sure to coat it evenly.

Notes

To store the seasoning, place it in a spice jar or a container with a tightly fitting lid. when stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, can maintain its freshness and flavor for up to six months.
