  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. If you only need 1 teaspoon of the spice blend you can use 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon of ground ginger, a pinch of cloves, and allspice.
  • A full batch. To make a full batch you will need 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1 teaspoon ground cloves, and 1 teaspoon ground allspice.
