- 1 gallon Apple Cider
- 3 cups Orange Juice
- 2 cups Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale
- 1 large Lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
Pour in the ingredients. Pour the apple cider, orange juice, ginger beer, and lemon juice into your punch bowl or pitcher.
Add flavorings and toppings. Add the pumpkin pie spice as well as any toppings such as cinnamon sticks, star anise, or apple slices to the punch.
Stir the punch. Stir the punch to mix the ingredients together. Since the spices tend to rise to the surface, be sure to give the punch a thorough stir just before serving. You also have the option to serve the punch chilled or hot.
- To Store: If you have any leftover punch, it's best to store it in the refrigerator. Transfer the punch to an airtight container or pitcher with a lid. If you've added ice cubes to the punch, try to remove them before storing it.
- Make-Ahead: Prepare the punch as directed in the recipe and place it in an air-tight container with a lid. Stor it in the fridge until you plan to serve it. It can be made up to 2 days in advance.
