- 1 bottle Dry White Wine
- 1 cup Apple Cider
- 1/2 cup Brandy
- 1/2 cup Triple Sec
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Oranges sliced
- 1 Granny Smith Apple cored and sliced
- 1 Honeycrisp Apple cored and sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Cranberries
- 3 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 Star Anise
Add the fresh fruit and spices. Place the sliced or chopped apples, sliced oranges, fresh cranberries, cinnamon sticks, and star anise into the bottom of a pitcher.
Pour in the liquids. Pour the white wine, apple cider, brandy, triple sec, lemon juice, and maple syrup into the pitcher.
Stir and chill. Stir the mixture together and place it in the fridge to marinate for a minimum of 4 hours.
Serve. Run a lemon wedge along the edge of your glass rim and dip it into cinnamon sugar to coat it. Add some ice and ladle in the sangria making sure to get some of the fruit with it.
- Make-Ahead: Prepare Sangria in advance; 4 hours minimum, but 24 hours is best. White Sangria stays fresh for up to 3 days in the fridge. Stir well before serving to mix any settling fruit or cinnamon residue.
