Ingredients

  • ounces Vodka
  • 1 ounce Chambord
  • ounce Cranberry Juice
  • ounce Champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to your shaker. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the vodka, Chambord, and cranberry juice. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  • Line the rim of the glass. Using the red gel dye coat the rim of your glass.
  • Strain. Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
  • Top off the drink. Pour in a splash of champagne or sparkling wine for a fizzy finish. You can also garnish the drink with raspberries or strawberries.

Notes

  • Add dry ice. You can place some dry ice in the bottom of your cocktail glass for a spooky and fun finish. Follow dry ice safety precautions when using.
  • Add some grenadine. Some versions use Grenadine. Adding some to the Vampire's Kiss Cocktail would bring a sweet and slightly tart element to the mixture.
  • What else can you make with Chambord? If you're wondering what else to make with the Chambord you can try a French Martini or a Nuts and Berries Drink or to remain festive you could make a Witches Brew Cocktail.
