Peanut Clusters Recipe

Holiday candies such as Praline Bars or Microwave Peanut Brittle make the season bright and taste delicious! Peanut clusters are my favorite though and I love arranging them on a Dessert Board or placing them in a cookie tin.

How to Make Chocolate Peanut Clusters

  1. Melt the chocolate. Place a heavy saucepan over low heat and add the almond bark (or candy melts), milk chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips into the pan and melt, stirring frequently, until smooth and fully melted. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the peanuts. Place the peanuts into the pot and fold them into the chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.

  1. Arrange the clusters. Using a spoon scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture out and place it in clumps onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet (or a silicon baking mat). Place the baking sheet in the fridge to chill for about 20 minutes.

  • Freezing Instructions: To freeze peanut clusters, place them in an airtight container or a zip-top freezer bag. Separate the layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Store in the freezer for up to 2-3 months.
