Savor the blissful harmony of sweet and salty flavors with Peanut Clusters. Just 4 ingredients and can be made in under 30 minutes they’re an ideal addition to your holiday festivities or a delightful treat for a cookie exchange.
Holiday candies such as Praline Bars or Microwave Peanut Brittle make the season bright and taste delicious! Peanut clusters are my favorite though and I love arranging them on a Dessert Board or placing them in a cookie tin.

How to Make Chocolate Peanut Clusters
- Melt the chocolate. Place a heavy saucepan over low heat and add the almond bark (or candy melts), milk chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips into the pan and melt, stirring frequently, until smooth and fully melted. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
- Add the peanuts. Place the peanuts into the pot and fold them into the chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
- Arrange the clusters. Using a spoon scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture out and place it in clumps onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet (or a silicon baking mat). Place the baking sheet in the fridge to chill for about 20 minutes.
- Scoop and chill the clusters. Using a spoon scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture out and place it in clumps onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet (or line it with a silicon baking mat). Place the baking sheet in the fridge to chill for about 20 minutes.
Storage and Freezing Instructions:
- Storage Instructions: To store your chocolate peanut clusters place them in an air-tight container or bag. You can also arrange them in gift bags tied with string. They will last for about 2 weeks.
- Freezing Instructions: To freeze peanut clusters, place them in an airtight container or a zip-top freezer bag. Separate the layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Store in the freezer for up to 2-3 months.
