    • Rosemary – It’s best to use fresh rosemary sprigs rather than dried rosemary. Fresh rosemary has a more intense and aromatic flavor than dried rosemary and will impart a better flavor to the syrup.

If desired, the syrup can also be frozen by pouring it into a freezer-safe container and storing it in the freezer. It will stay fresh for up to 3 months when frozen.
