Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Raspberry Syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 4 ounces Champagne
  • Fresh Raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix the syrup and lemon juice. In a mixing glass or small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of raspberry syrup and ½ ounce of lemon juice. Stir the mixture with a long spoon until the raspberry syrup and lemon juice are well combined.
  • Layer the ingredients. Pour the syrup mixture into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly pour chilled champagne into the glass until it is full. Gently stir the cocktail with a spoon to combine the ingredients.
