Celebrate the flavors of fall with a Pumpkin Spice White Russian. This fall cocktail brings the essence of pumpkin to the classic White Russian by infusing it with pumpkin spice creamer. Capture the warm and inviting spirit of the season.
Dessert drinks like the Pumpkin Pie Martini or Eggnog Martini are some of my favorites to serve at Thanksgiving or Christmas. Just like this cocktail, they make a great signature drink at parties.

How to Make a Pumpkin Spice White Russian
- Coat the rim of the glass. To enhance the presentation, first, dip the glass rim into caramel syrup or Simple Syrup, and then gently dredge it in graham cracker crumbs to create a delightful, crumb-coated rim.
- Shake. Pour the vodka, Kahlua, and Pumpkin Pie Spice into a cocktail shaker and cover it with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Strain. Fill the prepared glass with ice and then strain the cocktail mixture from the shaker into the glass.
- Add the creamer. Pour the pumpkin creamer on top, and you can choose to gently stir the mixture or leave it as is when serving. Top it off with some Whipped Cream.
Recipe Variations
- Use flavored vodka. Instead of plain vodka, you can use pumpkin vodka or even vanilla-flavored vodka.
- Use pumpkin syrup. If you don’t want to use pumpkin creamer you can use regular cream or milk and Pumpkin Syrup to get the pumpkin spice flavor.
