I’ve perfected the art of blending rich, creamy dairy-free milk with real pumpkin puree, expertly spiced with Pumpkin Pie Spice, and sweetened with Maple Syrup. Each sip is a symphony of flavors, a harmonious dance of warmth and comfort that elevates your senses to new heights.

  • Non-Dairy Milk – When crafting a vegan latte, you have the flexibility to use any type of non-dairy milk of your choice, allowing you to cater to your personal taste and dietary preferences.

  1. Brew the espresso or coffee. Pour 1 to 2 shots of espresso or 1/4 cup of strongly-brewed coffee.
  2. Prepare the pumpkin spice mixture. Place the pumpkin puree, Maple Syrup, vanilla extract, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and non-dairy milk into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat, but don’t let it boil. You want to scald it. Either pour the mixture directly into the mug over the espresso then use a frother or learn How to Froth Milk before pouring it in.
  3. Add a topping. I recommend adding a topping such as Vegan Whipped Cream or even using some Cold Foam.

FAQS

Is there a vegan pumpkin spice latte at Starbucks?

Starbucks does offer a vegan version of their Pumpkin Spice Latte in some locations. Starbucks typically provides options to customize drinks, allowing customers to choose non-dairy milk alternatives like almond milk or soy milk, and omit whipped cream to make their Pumpkin Spice Latte vegan.

What non-dairy milk is best for pumpkin spice latte?

The best non-dairy milk for a pumpkin spice latte varies based on personal preference. Almond milk has a nutty flavor and froths well, while soy milk is known for its neutrality and great frothing abilities. Oat milk, with its natural sweetness and creaminess, is a popular choice. Coconut milk adds richness and a hint of coconut flavor, cashew milk provides a luxurious texture without overpowering the spices, and rice milk offers a lighter, mildly sweet option. The choice ultimately depends on your taste.
